Fulfillment Policies

  • ORDER FULLFILLMENT : Orders are fulfilled based on the inventory of the specific vendors. Some vendors keep inventory numbers high, while others may have a lower stock.
    We work closely with these vendors to complete all of our orders in a timely manner.

  • DELIVERY POLICY : We offer 2 delivery options

    • Free in store pick up at our Austell storefront

    • Direct to customer delivery by UPS.

  • RETURN POLICY : Returns are permitted if the garments in question are new with tags AND hemmed items have a hem length longer than 30”.
    Returns can be made directly to the Austell storefront. Return shipping is paid by customer.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY : Orders can be cancelled prior to the order being shipped.

  • REFUND POLICY : Refunds are processed when the garments (new with tags and hemmed items with a hem length longer than 30”) have been returned.
    Return shipping is paid by customer. Allow 2-3 days for the charges to be returned to your card
